Welcome to our third edition of Cheeky News! Many of you are probably saying--uh she's been promising this for at least a month now. Well--it has finally arrived in your inbox. No thanks to my web host--if anyone knows of a good web host let me know. :) I am shopping for one.

A quick pregnancy update: I'm 31 weeks and a couple of days. So far feeling great and have had only one minor complication from dehydration--drink lots of water ladies. :) I'm due 9/19. :) And every single person I run into says I am huge. Uh yeah--I'm carrying a baby here people and am only 5' 2".

I have not made any final decisions about what I am going to do when the baby comes. At this point I think I am going to take from 9/12-10/10 and not sew. I am building and have stock which will ship during this time.

New One-Size Pocket Insert/Doubler

Because of some new suppliers we have been forced to redesign our insert/doubler--for the better!

Designed to fit Cheeky Diapers One-Size Pocket Diapers with it's contoured top or as doublers/inserts for other diapering systems. With Microfiber on the outside and 3 layers of bamboo knit terry within; these inserts grab moisture fast and lock it away from baby's bottom. They are made to fit any size diaper with it's easy fold down size adjustment.

Bamboo can hold almost as much moisture as hemp and has the additional benefit of having natural anti-bacterial properties.

At it's largest the insert is 6" x 16" and then folds and snaps down to 6" x 13", 6" x 12, and it's smallest 6 " x 11".

This insert was NOT designed to go next to babies bottom. It is so absorbent that if it is placed next to the skin it WILL cause a nasty diaper rash.

New Prices

After much deliberation I am being forced to raise my prices due to the increase in cost of materials. This has not been an easy decision for me to make--because I know times are tough, but I hope that you will understand and continue the Cheeky love. I am also giving you the option to have your diapers made without snaps which will cut $1 from the total price of the diapers.

On the upside I am working on a REALLY cool feature that will allow you to choose the PUL and Edging colors, as well as the Fabric Pattern--so basically we are talking custom dipes for all. :) Watch for this in August.

Starting 8/15/2009 prices will be as follows:

One Size Diaper Covers: $15

One-Size Pocket Diapers: $19

One-Size Fitted Pocket Diapers: $17
