The Bradley Method of Childbirth

We decided on the Bradley Method for our second birth for many reasons. The most important being that it just seemed to make sense. Dr Bradley's main concept is that childbirth is a natural phenomenon. If you are educated about the process, work with your body, have a good coach and stay relaxed your body will move through the process on its own. Why try to ignore the pain or force yourself into crazy breathing patterns?

We came out of our classes feeling confident in our partnership and ready for what was to come.

We took our classes with Shelley C. Snyder, AAHCC, CEF she is a certified Childbirth Educator and Doula located in Addison, MI. In two words "She Rocks!"
